Hindu Dharma Paripalana Yogam (HDPY) is a trust formed under the Travancore Cochin Scientific Charitable Registration Act 1955 and registered vide ER 57/86. Established on 22 January 1986 near Andipillikkavu Bhagavati Temple, the Yogam has been playing a significant role in the socio-economic development of the backward and underdeveloped regions of Andipillikkavu.

In the 1990s, when English medium education gained prominence due to global influences, the local community lacked access to such opportunities. To bridge this gap, a CBSE school was established in 1994. The school later expanded into a Senior Secondary School and has consistently maintained a 100% success rate in Board Examinations since its inception.

2005

HDPY College of Education (B.Ed College) was established at Mattupuram, a remote farming village. The institution significantly contributed to regional development and has achieved 100% success under MG University affiliation.

July 2022

HDPY College of Arts & Science received approval from the concerned authorities to start a new self-financing Arts and Science College at Mattupuram. This milestone marked a major step toward social and cultural regeneration of the underprivileged community.
